Extraordinary performances meets minimal design is the perfect description of Sintesi, Falmec’s firstborn integrated cooking system. Sintesi skilfully combines superb suction and induction in one single unit, thanks to an 88 cm hob that totally integrated into the worktop.
Like other inspired solutions in the Falmec range, Sintesi is now available in an all-black version to meet the latest trends, enhance the light or chrome finishes of other key kitchen elements, and integrate into the black Schott glass ceramic worktop to an even greater aesthetic degree. The painted black stainless steel AISI 304 perimeter frame borders the cooking area and incorporates a suction system equipped with flaps, which only open when the hood is in operation. These flaps then close automatically when the hob is switched off, aligning perfectly flush with the induction plate. The result is a streamlined surface that facilitates kitchen activities and allows access for easy cleaning.

Mounting is simple on the Sintesi too, as there is no need to adapt the worktop or to use sealants for a wired installation. The suction unit extends vertically at the rear, not only allowing the fumes to be aspirated in a more balanced way, but also enabling maximum use of the interior of the kitchen cupboard without any obstruction.

The Sintesi cooktop consists of 4 zones with 9 cooking levels, plus High Power Boost and Flex Surface technology that allows the induction to work uniformly on all cooking areas. In combination, maximum versatility is ensured for pots and pans of various shapes and sizes. Other practical functions on this new all-black model include a Keep Warm function with 3 levels of temperature (42° maintenance, 70° defrosting food and 94° cooking intermediate), a double bridge function, a touch control with display, pan sensor detection, a timer, a safety lock, and residual heat and filter saturation indicators.

On the filter model, these are also available in the Carbon.Zeo anti odour version with activated carbon and zeolite that eliminate bad smells, reducing the humidity caused by cooking fumes. Sintesi ensures excellent suction performance with maximum silence – due to special sound- absorbing materials and low consumption. All thanks to the powerful motor with a capacity of 600 m3/h that permits the Sintesi hood to achieve the top energy class of A++.
