The Spazio multifunctional hood by Falmec has added another significant accolade, the 2024 KBB Product Award, to its impressive portfolio of international recognitions. This award, presented by Kitchen and Bath Business magazine, acknowledges the top products in the industry based on market needs and trends focusing on cutting-edge technology, functionality, and innovative design.

Spazio, designed by Francesco Lucchese, earned honours in the Air Quality category for its unique combination of superior air purification and practical features that elevate the kitchen experience. This recognition follows the success of the Dama hood, which last year won the 2023 KBB Product Award in the same category.

Its Carbon.Zeo advanced air filtration system, combining carbon and zeolite, effectively absorbs odours, vapours, and organic compounds, which contributes to a healthier and cleaner kitchen environment. This effective technology is complemented by a refined design and multiple accessories for all-round functionality.

The 180 cm Spazio island structure houses practical smoked glass shelves for tidy storage of different tableware, while the lower part features a convenient element equipped with power outlets and USB ports, ladle hangers, spices shelf, a tablet holder as well as a plants growing kit and a LED lighting system with dynamic light.
The winning hood also incorporates the Circle.Tech system, a unique horizontal filtering system that ensures maximum airflow efficiency.
