A new proposal for 2020, the Blues sofa, designed by Giuseppe Viganò – Studio Viganò for Turri, is but the first of many pieces of furniture with a remarkably strong contemporary style.  An extraordinary example of true craftsmanship and attention to design, it is the first modular and sectional sofa to become part of the historical company’s catalogue.

Satisfying, Turri’s desire to refresh its style and give the market something new, Giuseppe Viganò – Studio Viganò imagined a sofa capable of inspiring sensations of comfort, luxury, well-being, and elegance, and he was able to count on the Turri’s inherent know-how for impeccable production.

Thanks to an ample choice of modules, starting from the central ones up to the end pieces and the chaise longue, including the corner units and the poufs, the modular compositions are several and satisfy most requirements.  Even as a single piece, the sofa is outstanding for its minimalist design and at the same time for the richness of its details: the walnut wood base, linear and uniform is supported by tubular anthracite grey metal legs.

Wide upholstered pieces, in fabric or leather – the same as those offered for the base – make for a comfortable seat and back, with low armrests, enriched with Canaletto walnut and metal details to match the legs, inviting one to lay down and relax.

The color palette is very interesting: blue, taupe, and brown, always sober and elegant, alternating on the profiles of the bases and the upholstered parts, the seats, the backrests, and the pillows, creating an amusing contrast.

The Blues Sofa, not only contemporary design and indispensable value of being 100% Made in Italy, Turri places the focus on function. The possibility of combining various elements allows for personalization and change, a few details such as the accessories, enable better use of space, for example, the integrated table, available with the pouf.
